The Scheme aims to assist local small and medium-sized enterprises (“SMEs”) and non-listed enterprises (collectively, “Enterprises”) in obtaining financing from lenders to meet their business needs, thereby increasing productivity and competitiveness in a rapidly changing business environment. Under the Scheme, the HKMCI may provide guarantee coverage for credit facilities to qualified Enterprises approved by the Lenders.
